Felicity & Coco Stripe Wrap Dress

Recently Tim and I went to a wedding in Santa Barbara, California and I was less than prepared in getting my outfit together. I’m normally extremely organized, so when I didn’t have a plan for my outfit, I was in such a frenzy. Thankfully, I ended up getting myself together with a trip to Nordstrom. To be honest, I wasn’t going to do a post on this outfit, but I’ve gotten so many messages inquiring where I got the dress from, that I decided I needed to share it with you! Luckily, I had Tim snap some decent photos with my iPhone, so here we go!

After trying on more dresses than I’d like to mention, I was just about ready to give up when out of the corner of my eye, I spotted this black and white Felicity & Coco Wrap Dress. I went back and forth between an XS and S, and for subtle reasons I chose the XS.

I love that this dress flows so nicely, it’s a great length (shorter in the front, longer in the back), and it’s super comfortable. It has a black slip to hide any annoying panty lines- yaaaas girl! And for those who are about to ask, I decided to not wear a bra with this because I was able to get away with it, but stickies would work great, too.

I paired this dress with my favorite Louise et Cie heels in the color, anthracite. Which is a metallic grey-ish/black. I thought I packed my black ones, but I accidentally grabbed the metallic pair- which worked just as well. I am so obsessed with the versatility and comfort of these heels that I have them in 3 different colors. The anthracite color is 40% off until June 4 and you can shop them from Nordstrom here!

I accessorized with a simple black bag from Forever 21 and some gold goodies from Bearfruit jewlery including: a delicate gold necklace, a dainty gold wire earring set, a few gold rings, and a gold chevron bracelet. I’m so glad my nails were nice and bright this time around, as it added a little pop of color to my outfit! I created this yellow nail color using 2 coats CND Shellac “Banana Clips”, and 1 coat Gelish “Coco Cabana Banana”. Please note: These are light cured polishes and do require UV/LED lamps for application. If you don’t have a lamp, you can use “Banana Clips” by CND in regular polish form, too!

I’m so happy I stumbled upon this dress, it’s so perfect for many occasions for the summer. If you think this Felicity & Coco dress can save you the way it saved me, shop it here!
